Data recording

The IP data of the connection owner is stored within the framework of cookies by the website operator, as well as the name and adress of the buyer, in accordance to simplify the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing.

No further data will be stored by us for the purpose of contract processing. Please read the information on the secure payment methods offered by our payment service providers regarding payment for our products and services.

The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the execution of pre-contractual measures. Without these data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, and our tax consultant to fulfil our tax obligations.

After an aborted shopping process, previously stored data will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).

The data name, address, goods purchased and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). We herewith object to the use of contact data whis is published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material.
