Secure Payment with SSL Encryption

All data and inputs done in the hafesan Online Shop are protected by using encryption in accordance with the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protocol. For example you can tell that this is the case if https://, ssl, a symbol shaped as a lock or as a key appears in the web address (depending on the browser used).

The processing of credit card payments is done via the secure input form. All data and information concerning your credit card such as credit card number etc. are neither viewed nor stored by hafesan. Payment via credit card is free of charge. hafesan does not charge you any kind of additional payment fee.

Debit Card (Cash Card)

If you are paying via debit/cash card please insert in the secure form the 19 digits card number (PAN) in the field 'credit card number', the date of expiry and the card validation code. After that you will be asked to insert the SecureCode.
All data and information concerning your debit/cash card such as the card number, SecureCode etc. are neither viewed nor stored by hafesan. The payment via debit/cash card is free of charge. hafesan does not charge you any kind of additional payment fee.

PayPal      

If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be forwarded to the secure input form of PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, please log in. Otherwise choose 'Sign up' and follow the instructions of PayPal. All data and information are neither viewed nor stored by hafesan. Payment via PayPal is free of charge. hafesan does not charge you any kind of additional payment fee.

SEPA Direct Debit      

If you are paying via SEPA direct debit, please insert your IBAN in the secure input form. All data and information concerning the SEPA direct debit payment procedure such as IBAN are neither viewed nor stored by hafesan. Payment via SEPA direct debit is free of charge. hafesan does not charge you any kind of additional payment fee.
For SEPA direct debit a bank account held by an Austrian, German or Dutch bank is needed. This method of payment is possible for orders up to a total amount of EUR 200,-.

SOFORT Überweisung      

By using SOFORT banking you trigger a money transfer from your online banking account entering the bank code, your signatory number, PIN Code and a TAN. You receive a confirmation about the payment in real time. All data and information concerning the SOFORT banking procedure such as the account number, the PIN Code, the TAN etc. are neither viewed nor stored by hafesan. Payment via SOFORT banking is free of charge. hafesan does not charge you any kind of additional payment fee.
SOFORT banking is possible in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and United Kingdom of Great Britain.

Cash in Advance       

If you are paying via cash in advance, hafesan will provide bank details for the transfer in the order confirmation email. Your order will be delivered after receipt of payment. Payment via cash in advance is free of charge. hafesan does not charge you any kind of additional payment fee. Please transfer the total amount to the account of hafesan HandelsgmbH and indicate the order number in the purpose (all transfer charges to the debit of the payer).

Cash on Delivery       

Cash on delivery is possible for deliveries within Austria.
For cash on delivery EUR 3.50 will be charged as the cash on delivery fee.

Payment against Invoice       

In partnership with Paymorrow we offer you 'Payment against Invoice'. Please note that ’Payment against invoice’ is only available for Austria, Germany and Switzerland and that payment always has to be made to Paymorrow.
The payment deadline is 21 days after the invoice date. The invoice will be issued when the goods are shipped and sent together with the goods delivered.
You will receive bank details for transferring your invoice by email from Paymorrow after the order has been placed. Payment via 'Payment against Invoice' is free of charge. hafesan does not charge you any kind of additional payment fee.
